- A chemical smell caused Mooresville High School to release students early Wednesday afternoon. Mooresville Fire-Rescue’s HazMat team and Mooresville Police Department were on the scene and aided in the evacuation of the school. The incident is being investigated further. (Fox 46 Charlotte)
- Boot Barn Fan Day will be hosted by Front Row Motorsports in Mooresville on Thursday, May 25. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. According to SpeedwayMedia.com, "Daytona 500 champion Michael McDowell, 2022 NASCAR Craftsman Series champion Zane Smith, and two-time NASCAR K&N Pro Series West champion Todd Gilliland will all sign autographs for fans from 2 to 2:30 p.m." Hope to see you there!
