Emergency Bridge Hole Repair Closes Lane On I-77
A hole on a bridge in Iredell County merited immediate emergency repair that is expected to take most of Thursday to repair.
IREDELL COUNTY, NC — The North Carolina Department of Transportation has issued a travel alert Thursday for a section of Interstate 77 for an emergency pothole repair.
NCDOT wants people to be careful on I-77 south between Tomlin Mill Road and Olin Road while crews repair a hole in the bridge over Patterson Creek.
They do expect delays and advise people that one lane will be closed most of Thursday.
