Iredell Narcotics Team Makes Drug Bust Finding Meth, Oxy and Fentanyl
Iredell County's narcotics team busted a house north of Mooresville this week and found thousands of dollars worth of illegal drugs.
MOORESVILLE, NC — The Iredell County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit and the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team made a drug bust Monday at 126 Parkertown Road just north of Mooresville.
Authorities say they received information that Timothy Franklin Wing was at that house on Parkertown Road and could have controlled substances.
When they arrived on scene, deputies say they found many people there and detained them all. They found Wing as well and arrested him after searching the home and finding a large amount of illegal drugs.

Deputies found 6.6 grams of cocaine, 10 dosage units of Oxycodone and 18 grama of Fentanyl along with a small amount of marijuana and money.
The investigation didn't stop there; investigators also recovered 80 grams of methamphetamine in their search. Authorities estimate the value of the drugs was roughly $11,000.

Ultimately, Zaykeeya Carolyn Smith and Wing were both arrested and taken to the Iredell Detention Center.
Smith was charged with felony possession with intent to sell for the cocaine, felony possession for the Oxy, and possession of marijuana.
Wing was charged with: felony possession for the Fentanyl, and also had two outstanding narcotics warrants.
