1. Looking for something fun to do? The Ultimate Party Music Experience is happening this week as part of Lake Norman LangTree LIVE Concert Series at 401 Langtree Road. 2. It looks like the hurrincane season predicted for the area this year is going to be a doosie. According to the Mooresville Tribune, "Colorado State University's now is saying to expect nine hurricanes, instead of the previous forecast of six. (Mooresville Tribune)
3. Congratulations to Mooresville's own Riley Naylor who Tied for third, both sides with a score of four-under-par, 67, at the 17th Carolinas Pro-Junior Championship at The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation in Raleigh, N.C. on July 17. Great job Riley! (Carolinas Golf Association)
