Chesterbrook Academy Raises Funds for Alex's Lemonade Stand
Students held a lemonade stand to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer
Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Beverly Crest Boulevard in Charlotte recently held a lemonade stand and raised more than $500 to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer. Students staffed the stand and sold lemonade to their fellow students, families, staff and teachers, while learning the importance of helping children in need.
