Peeping Charges For Man Accused Of Secretly Recording Girl
Mhongmua Li, 22, was charged with 16 counts of secretly recording a 14-year-old girl when she was unclothed, according to police.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte police have arrested and charged a 22-year-old man who they say secretly videoed a minor on numerous occasions when she was naked.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Crimes Against Children unit made the arrest, charging Mhongmua Li, 22, with 16 counts of peeping using a photographic image device.
According to a police account, officers responded to the 9200 block of Sandburg Avenue on March 24 after receiving a report about a secret peeping incident.

Li was taken in for questioning, during which time officers learned he “secretly used a recording device to capture video footage of an unclothed, 14-year-old female juvenile, who is known to him.”
