Andrew Davis, Patrick Norris, Zac Messer lead Crushers' Hit Parade in Win

The ' offense rebounded nicely Monday, scoring 10 runs on 15 hits to beat the Windy City Thunderbolts, 10-5, Monday in Crestwood, Ill.
According to a report from the team, the Crushers snapped a 1-1 tie in the top of the second, scoring three runs. Patrick Norris got a two-run single, and Andrew Davis hit an RBI single to give the Crushers the lead for good.
But the Crushers weren't done. They got four runs in the fourth, led by Nick Mahin's RBI double, and RBi singles by Kyle Shaffer and Kyle Boe.

Davis finished with three RBI. Norris had two hits and two RBI. Zac Messer had three hits and scored three runs. Mahin extended his on-base streak to 21 games.
Paul Daniels (1-0) got the win, pitching two innings of scoreless relief.

The Crushers are off on Tuesday before returing to for a six-game homestand.
