Daniels Hobbies Officially Opens in Norwalk

From Daniels Hobbies: Daniels Hobbies brings over 38 years of experience in the radio control hobby industry to Norwalk, OH. Daniels Hobbies opened in late November at 34 East Main Street in Norwalk. The retail location sells a variety of drones, radio control, trains, slot cars, model rockets and more.

“The community of Norwalk has welcomed us with open arms,” stated Rob Gornek. “We invite everyone to join us for our Grand Opening weekend. Whether you’re a regular customer, or just want to come and check out the shop, we hope you will join us on January 27-28th, 2017. Our shop is family friendly and the plans for our Grand Opening will be fun for everyone. We will have interactive demonstrations, giveaways and sales to celebrate the occasion.”

A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, January 26th at 5 pm. Following the ribbon cutting ceremony will be the 2-day Grand opening celebration. The Grand Opening will schedule is 10 am to 6 pm Friday and Saturday, January 27th & 28th. This family friendly, community event is open to the public and features:

• You command the Rock Crawler controls
• Experience Flying with our Flight Simulator station
• Sales on nearly everything in stock!

Kurt Gornek states, “I hope to see those as far as Sandusky, Toledo and Mansfield coming to visit our shop. We want to share our passion and 38+ years of experience with the surrounding communities. We’re your local community hobby shop and hope to help you get started in hobbies or remain active with your hobby.

Regular business hours are Monday thru Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm at 34 East Main Street in Norwalk.
