Kids are the Winners in Heritage Hoopla
Basketball game between Heritage North, Heritage South staffs is a fundraiser
Teachers, students and parents came together Friday night for the second annual Heritage Hoopla basketball game between staff at and elementary schools.
Heritage Hoopla had originally been scheduled for February, but a snowstorm forced postponment.
The event, held at , is a fundraiser for Heritage Boosters, which provides support for both schools for everything from field trips to .

Last year, Heritage Hoopla raised more than $3,000. It is one of two major fundraisers the group puts on, said Heritage Hoopla co-chair Gina Tilton. The other is a pasta dinner in the fall.
Heritage North won, 75-71. Heritage South's Julie Schneider, who scored 44 points, was named the game's Most Valuable Player.
