An Avon police officer pulled over a truck on I-90 west near around 12:26 a.m. on April 12 and gave the driver a warning about eating and driving.
At least no one wrote "redrum"

A resident in the 36500 block of Chester Road discovered blood on the front porch and side of his house shortly after 4 p.m. on April 12. He told police he had been home much of the day and had no idea how it had gotten there. Neighbors told police they didn't see anything strange.

Neighboring mailboxes in the 37500 block of Lorie Blvd. were hit by what may have been a truck or SUV around 8 p.m. on April 12. A blue passenger side mirror was found by the mailboxes.
