The following information was supplied by the  Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. Someone stole $3,000 of copper piping from the construction site last week. Police report that someone entered the former boiler room and cut the pipes from the ceiling between 11 p.m. Monday, July 9 and 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 11. The report also indicates that other items were damaged.
