The owner of two popular Beachwood restaurants told the Planning &amp; Zoning Commission that he plans to launch a third restaurant in Beachwood at their Thursday meeting. and owner Brad Friedlander was at the meeting to request preliminary approval on additional parking spots in the Moxie lot at Corporate Park, 3355 Richmond Road. Friedlander was tight-lipped about the details, but said that he wanted the additional spaces because he plans to open a Chinese restaurant in the building. Plans are still very preliminary, but Beachwood Patch will post more as soon as more information is available.
