Beachwood High School Driveway Plan Gets Approval
Wider driveway will have two outgoing lanes to ease traffic

The driveway will be straight, but wider than the current driveway, with a center median and two outgoing lanes. It is not the same as at a Board of Education meeting in April.

The commission also approved a zoning change to one of two parcels the district bought for this purpose. The second parcel will remain zoned as residential, but a home standing on it will be demolished and replaced with landscaping, providing a clear view of the renovated high school from Richmond Road.
