Facebook Murder-for-Hire Jury Begins Deliberation
8 men, 4 women to decide verdict

Eight men and four women were sent just after 4 p.m to deliberate the fate of Christine Metter, a Beachwood woman accused of hiring a hit man to kill her ex-husband.
The jury was sent home at 5 p.m. and will return Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m.

Metter's jury trial on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder began last week. that Metter acted out of fear for her safety and was entrapped in the undercover police investigation.

The state's burden is to prove that Metter helped plan or agreed to the plan to kill her ex-husband.

Sabo testified again Tuesday after a woman came forward with Facebook messages she said he sent her about money and fame.
Metter is in Lake County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
His trial is scheduled for Jan. 31.
