A resident reported that someone broke into their home while they were on vacation last week. A Windrush Lane resident called June 4 to report the break-in. Someone had forced their way into the home and stolen two rings valued at $150. The resident had a house-sitter who police said is not a suspect in this crime. The report indicates that the break-in occurred between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. May 31.
