The Beachwood Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve plans for a fourth building at The four-story building, a part of the site's master plan, will be U-shaped with a pond in the center. It will have 133 one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,700 square feet. Goldberg Companies, Inc., owns the property. A representative said that the building is expected to take one year to build, and they hope to start construction around July 1.
