Where/When: Mandel Jewish Community Center, Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
Why Go: Show off your triathlon skills! Just kidding. You should already know about it if you’re going to compete. But let’s cheer on those brave enough to run, swim and bike their hearts out, and maybe it will give the rest of us the motivation to jump back on that treadmill we haven’t touched since Jan. 2.

Where/When: Beachwood High School, Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (but get there by noon if you want some grub).
Pricing: $5 for pancake breakfast, $3 extra for the omelet bar.
