Wanted driver with expired license towing stolen trailer

Thursday, April 12 9:12 a.m. — Police pulled over a man they say ran a stop sign at Ceadarview Drive and Cedar Road. Willie Brothers, 60, of University Heights, was towing a U-Haul trailer that was reported stolen after the man rented it and stopped making payments on it, police say. He also was wanted on two warrants and an expired drivers license. Brothers was arrested.

Thursday, April 12, 11:57 a.m. — A resident at reported jewelry valued at $900 missing from her apartment.

App helps locate missing iPad

Saturday, April 14, 3:25 p.m. — A woman reported that she lost her iPad at   She used an application called “Where’s My iPad” to track it, and it said that it was still at the building. After police responded, she found the tablet in her car.
