Public Hearings Set for Apartments, Farmers Markets
Four ordinances to be discussed March 19

Public hearings for measures that would allow farmers markets and new apartments buildings in Beachwood are set for March.
Two of the ordinances to be discussed create a new zoning classification for apartments and rezone the Commerce Park property on the corner of Green Road and Chagrin Boulevard to that new classification.
The NRP Group, LLC purchased that property, which is zoned for offices, late last year and The existing office buildings – Commerce Park I, II and III – would be torn down.

Another ordinance to be discussed at this meeting
Finally, an ordinance to change Beachwood’s limited manufacturing and storage district to a mixed-used zoning district will be discussed.
