Signs will be posted directing traffic, and a full plan will be published later this week, said Shaker Heights Police Deputy Chief Mike Schwarber. We will post that here as soon as it's available.
Last year's event was marked with some fights and other disturbances, and Schwarber said the department is bulking up its presence during the event this year.
"We're always on the lookout for that and we're going to have extra people there this year," said Schwarber.
