The judge in the trial of Hemy Neuman ruled Wednesday that a second psychologist who evaluated Neuman will have to hand over her notes,
Neuman, the man accused of gunning down Beachwood native Russell ‘Rusty’ Sneiderman outside of a Dunwoody, Ga. daycare on Nov. 18, 2010, is facing murder charges.
