The road will be repaired and resurfaced from Sulgrave Road to Richmond Road. The engineer's estimate for the cost of the project was $679,000.

The next lowest bid was only $600 more, and Kreczko added that Tri Mor had worked with the city on the last two Richmond Road construction projects. City Council voted unanimously to approve the award.
