The McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant at the closed at the beginning of 2012, and still stands empty.

The closing abruptly followed the national restaurant chain's sale to Landry's Inc., The Plain Dealer reported in January.

The only peice of the seafood joint that remains is a lone fish mounted high on the outer wall, but its location in one of Northeast Ohio's busiest shopping venues and its large patio could offer a new restaurant a successful home. 

Beachwood Place Mall would not comment on whether a new business is considering the space.
