Effects of Federal Sequester Could be Felt in Brecksville

Mayor Jerry Hruby said that city government won't be affected, but that doesn't mean that there won't be any local impact.

However, there could be cuts made at the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

“It could have an impact on our friends at the National Park," said Hruby. "Superintendent Stan Austin could have to cut the budget back 25 percent. That’s going to be tough."

“Anything that happens in Washington reflects down somehow — some way or another,” he added.
