Get Your Library Fines Waived Beginning Sunday
Cuyahoga County Public Libraries offering fine waivers in exchange for food donations during Food4Fines March 4 to 10.
Take food donations to the next week to have your library fines waived.
Patrons can have up to $4 of fines waived per visit when they bring items from the Cleveland Foodbank's "Super Six" list of most-needed foods:
- Peanut butter
- Cereal
- Canned soup
- Canned vegetables
- Beef stew
- Tuna fish
The library will waive $1 of patrons' fines for each undamaged, unexpired item. Nonglass containers are preferred.Â
