Man Tries to Trick Police by Switching Seats With Passenger
In a strange coincidence, the same officer had arrested the man — also for driving under suspension — on Sept. 30, 2012

A 27-year-old Garfield Heights man was arrested and charged with driving under suspension after police stopped the car he was driving on Interstate 77 at around 2:45 p.m. March 17.
But when officers tried to stop the vehicle, the man tried to switch seats with his passenger, according to the police report.
Initially, he gave the officer a fake name. Then became upset when officers learned his real identity.

“He said (he became upset) because I arrested him before,” the officers wrote in the report.
Indeed, the same officer had arrested the man — also for driving under suspension — on Sept. 30, 2012

This time, the man also faces a charge to failure to exercise due care when changing lanes.
