Part-Time Police Officer and a New DARE Vehicle: On City Council’s Agenda

Brecksville City Council will meet at 8 p.m. on Tuesday in . Here are a few items to note from the agenda.

• The committee meetings, where most of the discussions take place, will begin at 5:30 p.m. There is an executive session at the end of the committee meetings, which, according to the agenda, could cover the , the , the November election and more.
• The Safety-Service Committee will discuss purchasing and updating a new DARE vehicle for the .
• The Utilities Committee will discuss storm sewer and slope repairs on Meadow Lane, Chippewa Road and North Court, and council will vote on whether to accept a bid from Fabrizi Trucking & Paving Co. for the project.
• Council is expected to appoint a new part-time patrolman for the Police Department during the regular meeting.
