Picnic Table Graffiti and Messages Left in Barbecue Sauce: Brecksville Police Blotter

The following incidents were reported by the Brecksville Police Department from June 15 to 22. The information was compiled from police reports.
Picnic table graffiti
A city employee called police on June 22 to report that a picnic table near the had been covered in graffiti. There was no other damage or graffiti nearby.
A barbecue sauce message
Brecksville residents were woken up in the middle of the night on June 15 to the sound of something hitting their Crystal Creek Drive home. The couple was first woken up around 1:30 a.m. About 15 to 30 minutes later, the residents heard pounding noises on their front door and decided to call 911. The officers couldn’t find anyone in a car or on foot nearby.
A neighbor called the residents a few minutes later and told them to check their garage door. Someone had thrown an egg at the front door and written “FU” in barbeque sauce on the garage door. The resident called police again to report it. Nothing suffered lasting damage.
