We are excited to share that Inner Engineering In-Person program is planned in our city.

🌹Inner Engineering is a method, a tool to engineer a deep and lasting personal transformation.

In this program, you will learn a simple 21 minute practice called Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a powerful 21-minute energy technique that brings your entire system into alignment so that your body, mind, emotions and energies function in harmony.
