Come to The Night of Champions on October 12, 2024-Help Us Help Others

Twenty Five Years of Overcoming Evil with Good www.bidpal.net/25years www.brianmuhafoundation.org

1. Brian and Aaron were attacked while sound asleep in an off-campus house. We turned it into Divine Mercy House where student-priests lived for free while studying at Franciscan Univ. Now it houses student missionaries who evangelize the off-campus neighborhood. https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2000-jul-30-mn-61521-story.html

2. By raising funds through an annual golf outing and annual lunch/fashion show, The Brian Muha Foundation started the Brian Muha/Aaron Land Endowment Fund Scholarship at Franciscan University and have helped over 50 students attend the university.

3. A scholarship was also started for students to attend St. Charles and 20 students have been helped through it. We continue to help with tuition and other expenses for children to attend St. Mary Magdalene and Bishop Ready High School, more than 11 and counting.

4. The Run The Race Club: An after-school/summer program for inner city children to have a safe place to go for meals, Bible stories, tutoring, sports, art, music and more - all free - so they can be surrounded by people who care about them. More than 1000 young people have come through The Run The Race Center, several who have graduated from high school and are working, some who have gone on to college and several who have children attending RTR now. New children keep coming so we keep loving them.

5. Standing in the gap: When an emergency arises and a family can't pay the rent, utility bills, buy groceries, pay for a funeral or other life issues,The Brian Muha Foundation comes to their rescue. Also, we bought houses when prices were low and land-contracted them to RTR families so they can become home-owners. We have spent over $800,000 helping people in these ways.

6. The Day School: Almost 5 years old and purposely a micro-school with only 30 students, we have already sent 4 students on to Bishop Ready and others are in the wings.

7. We have also been blessed with 33 seminarians over 10 years who learn from our experience and from the Racers themselves so that they can evangelize and minister to inner city families who have very deep struggles. Eight of our seminarians are now priests; most are still in seminary.

8. Volunteers from all over: 15+ members of Friends of the Foundation who raise funds and then buy new coats, new pjs, new shoes, new school books, food for the pantry and more.

9. More volunteers: Hundreds and hundreds of good people from Franklin, Delaware, Licking Counties and more who teach, plan, befriend, clean, repair, plant, maintain, pick up, deliver, distribute, raise funds and more so that we can help any and every child who comes to us.

10. A brand new gym at The Center which is quickly becoming the hub for league basketball games, family gatherings, city meetings, community festivals and more.

How do you make life better for young people?
Just love them with your whole hearts, pray for them with your whole souls and
work for them with all your might.

From one of our Racers: "I am just so grateful to have been able to experience something so amazing as the Center. You made learning fun, you showed us what family is. As I grow, my relationship with God and my faith in Him grows. You have played a huge role in that."
