Blossom Music Center Nominated for Academy of Country Music's Venue of the Year
The Cuyahoga Falls music venue has seen some big names come through in recent years, including Toby Keith in 2012
Cuyahoga Falls' own outdoor music venue — the Blossom Music Center — could get some pretty big recognition this year.
The venue at 1145 Steels Corners Road is up for the Academy of Country Music's Venue of the Year.
Other venues nominated for the award are BOK Center in Tulsa, Ok.; Klipsch Music Center in Noblesville, Ind.; Meadowbrook in Gilford, N.H.; and Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn., according to the Falls News-Press.

According to the Plain Dealer, rising country music star Eric Church (seven nominations) is the top nominee at this year's music awards April 7 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Hunter Hayes has six, followed by Taylor Swift and Miranda Lambert at five each.
Fans have a say in the new artist of the year category and entertainer of the year and can vote in those categories beginning March 25 at http://VoteACM.com.
