Police Charge Woman for Embezzling $350,000 from Cuyahoga Falls Library
A Tallmadge woman turned herself in to police Monday morning and was charged with two third-degree felonies.

A three-month-long investigation led Cuyahoga Falls police to arrest Theresa M. Karm Monday morning. Â
Karm, 54, of Tallmadge, was charged with one count of theft and one count of theft in office — both third-degree felonies — by Cuyahoga Falls Police.
Officials said Karm, who was the Cuyahoga Falls Public Library's fiscal officer, is accused of embezzling nearly $350,000 since 2007. Police said she was arraigned at the Stow Municipal Court after turning herself in Monday.Â
Karm posted bond and was released.
Police Chief Tom Pozza posted a press release about the incident on the Cuyahoga Falls Police Facebook page.Â
