3 Thefts and 2 Damage Reports: Police Blotter

The following information was provided by the Bath Township Police Department

Someone broke into a detached garage on Cleveland-Massillon Road sometime during July and stole a number of items, including a John Deere tractor and tools.

A report said the garage door was not locked, allowing the thief to simply lift the door.

The owner no longer lives there. A neighbor saw a man loading a trailer there within the last few weeks, the report said.

Thefts from Vehicles

A GPS was stolen from a car on Springside Drive the night of July 22.

On July 25, someone broke a window in a car parked on Medina Road to get at a wallet, paychecks and credit cards.

Graffiti

Vandals spray painted the Meadowpark sign at Meadowpark and Shaw Road the night of July 20.

Hit-Skip

An errant driver went off the road on Granger Road the night of July 20, plowing through a split rail fence, destroying both the fence and flowers. 

The vehicle was traveling from Granger to Lois when it happened, a report said.

The resident at the crash site found a part from the car in her yard.
