Paul Becker, franchise operator of the Chick-fil-A restaurant in Montrose is the recipient of the Symbol of Success award, which is Chick-fil-A’s highest honor for a restaurant operator. The Symbol of Success award recognizes those who successfully achieve aggressive sales goals over the previous year. Becker was among 69 restaurant operators to receive the award.
As part of the award, Becker earned the opportunity to select one of 13 Ford models of his choice. First-time Symbol of Success winners receive the keys to their vehicle for one year. Restaurant operators who match or exceed the same level of performance for the second consecutive year earn the title to the vehicle.
Since Chick-fil-A Founder S. Truett Cathy initiated the Symbol of Success program in 1975, more than 1,000 Operators have earned the award, and 157 of those have received the title to the vehicle in the second year.
