Revere Teachers and School Board Clash on Negotiations -- The kumbaya era between the Revere Teachers Union and the school officials that existed while the groups were united in a pro-levy campaign abruptly ended last week (two months after the levy passed on its third try). On Monday, the board imposed a previous contract on teachers instead of continuing negotiations. Salvation Army Family Store -- "Thrift" stores used to be located mainly in urban neighborhoods. But as the economy continues to lag, the location of hubs for bargain hunters have headed to the suburbs of larger cities -- including Fairlawn.
