KINGDOM TITLE SOLUTIONS OPENS NEW HEADQUARTERS IN FAIRLAWN
FAIRLAWN, OHIO, June 13, 2013 - Kingdom Title Solutions, the largest independent title company in Summit County, announces the relocation of its headquarters to 123 S. Miller Road in Fairlawn. The company purchased and renovated the 8,700 square-foot commercial building.
Founder and Owner Brian Moore explains, “We needed a larger building to accommodate our growth. The centrality of Fairlawn is ideal for our clients and for our branch offices in Medina and Cuyahoga Falls.”
Today, the building opened with an official ribbon cutting attended by Fairlawn City Council President Russ Sharnsky and Vice-President Bryan Nace, and Kingdom Title representatives Brian Moore, Jim Berry, Esq., Pam Keenan, Trish Anderson and Sarah Bittinger. A catered grand opening celebration featuring Akron’s own Swizzlestick Band welcomed area realtors, brokers, banking executives and preferred clients.
Kingdom Title Solutions purchased the building last year from Welty Building Company. Extensive remodeling and landscaping preceded the move from 3480 West Market Street in Fairlawn, where the company had leased space for five years. One floor of the two-story headquarters is being leased to another tenant.
