Kids Were Just Playing, But Older Brother Gets in Trouble: Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Fairlawn Police Department

A witness asked police to check out a group of suspicious juveniles outside a building on South Miller Road April 27.
Officers determined the kids were just playing and not doing anything wrong.

But the older brother of one of the kids arrived on the scene -- and while he wasn't doing anything wrong, either, he had in the past, a report said.
Police said there was an active warrant from Copley police for the 21-year-old for failing to pay fines stemming from an assault case.

He was arrested and turned over to Copley.

Two shoppers were banned for life from Exchange on West Market Street for allegedly stealing.
A report said the male and female stole an X Box controller worth $50 on April 19.
They were arrested April 25 after returning to the store. The male denied taking the controller.
