Large Company Relocates into Renovated Fairlawn Building

Kingdom Title Solutions recently moved into an 8,700-square-foot building it purchased and renovated on South Miller Road.

The company provides residential and commercial title services throughout the state of Ohio and works extensively with local, national and international banking institutions.

Kingdom Title Solutions, which is the largest independent title company in the county, has been growing and needed a bigger space to accomodate those needs.

“The centrality of Fairlawn is ideal for our clients and for our branch offices in Medina and Cuyahoga Falls," said founder and owner Brian Moore. 

Before moving, the company was on West Market Street in Fairlawn. The two-story building is now being leased to another tenant.
