Mobile Clinic Spays or Neuters Cats at Low Cost

On March 3, the clinic will be at the NEFCO building, 180 E. South St., Akron.

 

The Summit County Division of Animal Control is partnering with Cats Having Alterations Professionally to host a mobile spay/neuter clinic for cats and kittens on March 3.

The program runs from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the NEFCO Building, 180 E. South St., Akron.

Kittens must be 12 weeks old, 3 pounds and in good health. The cost for a male neuter is $40 and a female spay is $60. Vaccines, treatments (ear mite, flea and worming), nail trimming and ear-tipping for feral cats will be made available to participating cat guardians.

Pre-registration is required by calling 330-724-6181.  Walk-ins are not permitted on the day of the clinic.
