Today marks my one-year anniversary with Patch, and I've gotta tell you, it was the fastest year in my working life.
I started with Patch as an associate local editor in the east side region of Patches. I worked for all eight Patches as, essentially, a full-time freelancer and social media guru. In January, , and I made the leap to the west side of town.
This past year has been, as cliche as it sounds, a dream come true. I love the people I work with, the people I've gotten to know, the city and township I cover, and most of all you. I'm loving every minute of this job and getting to know all of you.

So as we start a new year together, I want you to tell me what you want to see more of on Patch. More schools coverage? Government? Businesses? Tell me. I'm open to recommendations. I only ask that they be within Fairlawn or Bath Township.
Maybe you want to see more of me? I'd be glad to meet with you and talk about what's going here. I've only lived in Fairlawn for six months, so it would be great to talk to you about the hidden gems of this city and Bath. Tell me what I need to know to better serve you!

I look forward to serving you for another year (and hopefully more!), and I hope you will all continue to be as kind as you have in the past. Thank you for reading!
