Pets of the Week: O.D. and Macbeth

O.D.

This 6-year-old Siberian Husky weighs about 70 pounds. He is a sweet and loving guy that seems to get along well with other dogs, but would prefer a home with no cats. He loves car rides and his favorite toy has to be the tennis ball! O.D. also enjoys long walks in the park. If you are looking for a walking or running buddy, O.D. might just be your guy!

Macbeth

Macbeth is a beautiful cat, with the shiniest black coat of fur you could find! Not only is he blessed with good looks, he has an awesome personality! Playful as a kitten, Macbeth is always up for playtime. He loves running after those toy mice! Aside from his remarkable energy, Macbeth is very social and affectionate and would do anything for a treat. He loves attention and loves to be petted while he sits in your lap. Macbeth doesn't mind being around other cats. Come and take Macbeth home today! 

The Humane Society of Greater Akron  is offering these animals for adoption.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs and Puppies: $99
Senior dog over 6 years old: $40
Senior to Senior Program - Senior person over 60 adopts a senior dog: $15
Kittens: $75
Cats - over 6 months: $50
Rabbits: $40

Adopters age 60 or older may adopt a dog, 3 years or older or a cat, 5 years or older without paying the adoption fee. Proof of age is required.

All animals are spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter, have received a microchip and have had age-appropriate vaccinations and flea treatment.
