Revere's Director of Student Services to Retire in July
Susan Chute has been with the district for seven years.

At Tuesday's Revere meeting, members accepted the resignation of Susan Chute, director of student services for the district.
Chute has been with the district for seven years.
"It's long be recognized that the director of student services has if not the hardest job in the district, then one of them," said Superintendent Randy Boroff. "She's dealing with issues and find the perfect solutions to difficult challenges."

Boroff said Chute has worked hard the last seven years to get the district through those issues and "losing someone of her quality and experience is not an easy thing."
Board member Diane Sabitsch joked Chute would be welcome to come back as a substitute teacher at any time.

"This job has allowed me to grow a lot and work with a lot of fabulous people," Chute said. "I've had a lot of fun and a lot of successes, and it means so much to me to do this."
