Where in the Patch is This? Solved! Bath Township Museum
Two sharp-eyed folks recognized our little man is a resident of the Bath Township Museum.
Cogratulations to Bob Mathias and Cindy Parish. Both quickly identified our Where in the Patch subject for this week.
Our guy is really a pipe on display at the Bath Township Museum. Effigy pipes were made to resemble people or animals and were used at ceremonies by early native residents. This one was found in the field of a local farm. He is believed to have been made by an early Bath-area resident during the Woodland period: 800 BC to 1200 AD.
Each will win a Patch tote bag and assorted Patch chotchkies.
