Lane Restrictions on Summit Start Today

Re-striping will close lanes near Kent State campus

Starting today, drivers on Summit Street will see intermittent lane closures between Morris Road and Campus Center Drive West.

The lanes will be closed sporadically for re-striping for new turn lanes, according to Kent city officials.

Two-way traffic will be maintained through the use of flaggers. The work is expected to be finished by May 18.
