With the policy temporarily pulled amid court challenges, local tenants and service providers remain in limbo, unsure whether funding — and their housing stability — will survive.
   

• Stow taking donations for 4 families displaced by Friar Road condo fire (record-courier.com) — Kent firefighters were among several area departments that helped Stow crews battle a Nov. 30 condo fire that displaced four families on Friar Road. Stow is now collecting monetary donations and gift cards through Dec. 15 at City Hall and online to help the affected residents rebuild after losing their homes.
