The Kent State University student who has been released from jail on bond pending further court hearings on charges of aggravated menacing and inducing panic.
William Koberna, 19, of Brunswick, was afternoon after being arrested Sunday on the charges, which stemmed from a message he posted on Twitter threatening to use a fire arm on campus.
Aside from the criminal charges, Koberna faces university hearings that could lead to his suspension or dismissal.
