Constant Rainfall Presents Only Minor Problems for the City

Other than being really annoying, the rain hasn't caused too many problems in the city. 

Some yards are flooded. Street paving projects are put on hold, along with plans for mowing the grass.

And there have been a few spring sporting events canceled. 

But other than those issues, there haven't been too many major problems, says Joe Beno, the city's director of public works.
