Event organizer Paula Reed said that attendees will learn how to make more nutritious choices when dining out — or dining in.

“It's a great opportunity to experience first-hand how eating a healthy diet can be truly delicious,” said event organizer Paula Reed. “The three chefs will serve samples of the food they've prepared at the end of their demonstrations, and the food purveyors in the vendor fair will be sampling items from their businesses as well.”

Here’s the demonstration lineup (the cost of admission is five bucks):

  • Eat Well with Great Grains with Ernie Logsdon at 1 p.m.
  • Eat Well with Grass-Fed Beef with Robert Geul at 2 p.m.
  • Eat Well Vegan with Demetrios Atheneos at 3 p.m.
