ESPN Coming to First Federal Lakewood Stadium for St. Ed's - Pine-Richland Matchup

Two time state champs St. Edward make another run at a title against a Pine-Richland team led by four-star QB recruit, Phil Jurkovec.

First Federal Lakewood Stadium will be in the national spotlight on August 27th when ESPN comes to town to broadcast the State Champion Lakewood St. Edward Eagles vs. Pine-Richland Rams matchup.

Pine-Richland already had St. Ed's on their schedule before ESPN contacted them about televising the game. Pine-Richland coach Eric Kasperowicz was a bit surprised:

“When ESPN called, I said, ’What do you want this game for, ESPN Deportes or something?” Kasperowicz told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “They said they wanted it live for the big-time ESPN.”

Game time at First Federal Lakewood Stadium is 12 noon.
