Deal: The Detroit Avenue chocolatier is unveiling some new items for Valentine’s Day, such as its new line of truffles. You can also get roses and chocolate in one shot (they’re chocolate roses). There’s also chocolate covered fresh fruit, including chocolate covered strawberries starting at $19.95. The store’s hours are extended tomorrow, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Good through: All week

Deal: It’s no surprise that people want to drink wine on Valentine’s Day. That’s part of the reason why Rozi’s is offering some specials. Sofia Champagne is on sale for $14.99, when they’re usually $19.99. If red wines are your style, there’s Berienger Knight’s Valley cabernet, usually $39, on sale for $25. The Detroit Avenue staple also has gift baskets for sale. Good through: February

Deal: What’s Valentines Day without the roses? While supplies last, Brennan’s Floral Gift Shop, is offering “cash and carry roses” for $19.99 a dozen. Long-stem red roses run $50 boxed and are $70 arranged in a vase. Good through: Valentine’s Day

Deal: It’s next to impossible to pass up all-thing-chocolate at Malley’s Chocolate Pecan Billy Bobs. Choclate covered evertyhign. Special valentine’s And picking some up for that special someone just got a lot less expensive.  A 1-pound box, usually sold for $16.95, is on sale for $11.95.
